My name is Jainyn and I am a registered nurse with an educational background in psychology and neuroscience. I have an extensive personal history with mental health challenges and the recovery that continues.
I have a strong interest in understanding the human mind and using that knowledge to figure out how to optimize the human experience. Self discovery, self love, and personal growth is my passion!
My goal is to spread my knowledge, experience, and any value that I can in order to help as many people as possible find their authentic purposes, overcome adversity, and live fulfilling, abundant lives in a healthy and empowering way.
